Few coffees in the world carry a story as rich as the Bali Highlands. Sourced from the volcanic Kintamani highlands of central Bali, Indonesia, this exceptional single origin — is named for the distinctive bluish hue of the bean, a hallmark of the traditional Indonesian wet-hulling process called Giling Basah.

Grown by small family-owned farms organized through the traditional Subak Abian farmer structure, each producer cultivates coffee alongside citrus trees in the mineral-rich volcanic soils of Mount Agung. The cherries are hand-picked, carefully sorted, depulped, fermented overnight, and then wet-hulled while still at high moisture — a process that gives the beans their iconic color and uniquely clean, complex character.

Roasted to a medium/dark roast, this coffee strikes the perfect balance between depth and complexity, bringing out the full richness of its volcanic terroir. In the cup, expect a beautifully layered experience: baker's chocolate, orange peel, juniper, and molasses, all with a remarkably clean finish.
